Trainr
Terms of Service
Last updated: 26 June 2026. These terms are a generic starting point for a public trainer listing and discovery website.
Using Trainr
Trainr provides a directory for personal trainers to advertise services and for visitors to discover trainers. You agree to use the website lawfully, respectfully, and only for genuine fitness, coaching, or business purposes.
Trainer listings
Trainers are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles, including qualifications, achievements, availability, pricing, photos, and claims. Trainr may edit, suspend, or remove listings that appear misleading, unsafe, unlawful, or inconsistent with the service.
Client enquiries
Trainr may help visitors contact trainers, but coaching agreements, payments, health screening, cancellations, and session delivery are between the client and trainer unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Health and fitness disclaimer
Fitness training involves risk. Information on Trainr is not medical advice. Users should consider their health, seek professional advice where appropriate, and confirm a trainer's suitability before starting a program.
Content rights
By submitting listing content, trainers confirm they have the right to use it and grant Trainr permission to display, format, promote, and distribute that content as needed to operate the service.
Prohibited conduct
Users must not upload unlawful or harmful content, impersonate others, scrape the service, interfere with security, harass users, publish false claims, or use Trainr to send spam.
Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free content, or that every trainer profile has been independently verified.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Trainr is not liable for indirect losses, trainer-client disputes, health outcomes, third-party services, or decisions made based on public listing information.
Changes
Trainr may update these terms as the service develops. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. This draft is generic and should be reviewed before launch.
